ABOUT NACHU ESTATE

An early chapter.
A shared opportunity.

A residential neighbourhood taking shape in Nachu, Kenya. A place for owners and residents to work together on what comes next.

Plan carefully.
Build confidence.

Settlement is still at an early stage, giving owners and residents an opportunity to agree how the estate should develop. Our aim is a clean, organised neighbourhood with dependable essential services and cared-for surroundings.

This information centre brings together priorities, development proposals and community discussions. Owners living elsewhere can follow the plans and take part alongside residents.

How we want to work

  • Share accurate information and identify proposals clearly.
  • Make decisions through a process members understand.
  • Account for money collected and work commissioned.
  • Respect neighbours, shared spaces and property rights.
  • Plan services that can be maintained as the estate grows.
ORGANISING OURSELVES

Community-led.
Open and accountable.

We propose an owners and residents association with an agreed purpose, representative leadership and clear responsibilities. Membership and decision-making arrangements would be discussed and documented before shared commitments are made.

Shared projects need agreed scopes, budgets, records and delivery responsibilities. Funding for new infrastructure should be distinguished from ongoing services and maintenance, with contributions reported to participating members.
