Is Nachu Estate fully developed?
No. Settlement is at an early stage. The website presents our community vision, proposed priorities and verified progress as development takes place.
Does the entrance in the image exist?
No. It is a proposed entrance concept. Its location, detailed design and delivery arrangements would need to be established before construction.
Can I participate before moving here?
Yes. Plot owners who have not yet moved in can register their interest, share their plans and contribute to discussions about the neighbourhood.
Are the proposed services already operating?
The infrastructure priorities on this website are proposals. Confirmed service availability and operating arrangements will be published as they are established.
Has a service charge been set?
No contribution amount is being announced here. Any future contributions should follow an agreed scope, budget and decision process, with clear payment and reporting arrangements.
How will progress be reported?
Updates will identify the project status, latest dated information, funding position and next milestone. Confirmed funds will be distinguished from pledges.
